Reliable Response was founded back in March of 2016 by Mark Helton.

As the founder and CEO of Reliable Response, Mark Helton comes from a strong sales background. From telemarketing, to software development and online marketing… his wealth of experience is extensive.

After completing development on Reliable Response, it's abilities were tested on numerous verticals, but none were as successful as the automotive dealership industry.  With this knowledge, Reliable Response went full force ahead working with BDC teams and service departments to put an end to cold calling in the dealerships that have worked with us; which has climbed to over 250 in less than 2 years as of January 2018.

Currently Reliable Response runs an office out of Las Vegas, NV and has an international staff of close to 20 people. Sales representatives, management, support agents, software development engineers and marketing specialists.
